Step 1:
|
Contact us over the phone at (909) 446-0448 at
our office, or (951) 741-8710 direct line, or through email at tutoringinfo@applicationsacedemy.com
and let us know what we can do for you. We will schedule an appointment to meet with you
and your student. At
this meeting, we will review pricing, discuss lesson plans and
scheduling as well as address in detail any other concerns you may
have.

Step 2:
|
Tutoring starts with an initial academic evaluation,
often referred to as an assessment. This includes tests to identify learning gaps in
content, survey of study skills and willingness to try, and a brief
personality and learning style profile (for tutor matching). Initial Evaluations allow
tutors to quickly focus interventions to best address any learning
gaps and study skill needs of your student. The assessment is completed
by our Educational Specialist and takes 60-90 minutes.

Step 3:
|
Once the assessment is completed, a detailed
lesson plan is created by the Educational Specialist, the tutor
best matched to you/your student and members of your/your student’s
educational team, (teachers, counselors, principals, etc.) that you
wish to involve.

|
|
Step 4:
|
After that, you/your student attend the
scheduled tutoring sessions! You will receive a progress report
every 6-8 weeks.
Reports are written or verbal.
